The
Process

01. Inquiry & Consultation

Once we receive your inquiry, we will reach out to schedule a call to discuss your ideas & vision for your wedding invitations & paper goods. We like to understand your aspirations to see how we can be the best fit for your project.

02. Proposal

After the consultation, should you decide to move forward in working with us, we will put together a proposal that showcases a variety of pricing so you can choose whichever option best fits your budget. As all weddings & couples are different, so are our proposals—each is put together thoughtfully for your specific style. Because of this, we do not offer flat pricing of any element.

We will also send out a Project Overview & Timeline that lays out the timing of every stage as well as any deadlines to meet so we stay within the timeframe necessary. Once you sign off on the Overview & Timeline & send in your deposit, the fun begins: creating!

03. Design & production

In this stage, we will create design boards & ideas that align with your vision & the overall design of your events—we will help to guide you through the design process along with your planner so we can create something that best represents you & your big day. We will send you a Wedding Brand Worksheet where you will put in all verbiage as well as share any special items you want to include along with any inspiration. We are happy to provide as many proofs necessary but we do keep in mind timing & will update you on how long each proof will take after the first three. We only go to print once you are over the moon for your design!

Once everything is in production we will keep you updated on shipping & arrival timing for all goods. From design to assembly, we take great pride in our hands-on approach to creating each piece meticulously & carefully.

04. assembly & mailing

Once we receive all pieces, we put everything together for you & ship out your invitations for you. We also keep track of RSVPs for you & your planner so that you can sit back, relax & enjoy the process. All RSVP cards are kept & mailed to you with your samples & keepsakes.

When we move into the design of all your day of pieces—such as gifting, menus, places cards, installations, etc.—we will reach out as we get closer to time on those so you don’t have to keep track of when to get started on all of those pieces.
